Response time and expectations
HangryHQ is a small studio. We answer email within 5 business days for general inquiries. Legal and copyright requests get priority and we respond inside the windows our Privacy Policy and Terms require (typically 30 days for data rights, sooner for takedowns).
We do not have a phone line, contact form, or live chat. Email is the only channel. We read everything; we just don't respond to obvious spam, automated outreach, or generic SEO link-building pitches.
